It was great to have a bus pass provided, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms were comfortable and I particularly appreciated having a balcony to relax on.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape in the Italian mountains. The hotel was perfect for our needs, with a warm and welcoming staff who made us feel at home. The newly renovated spa facilities with sauna and whirlpool were a real highlight, as was the individual ski lockers with heating bars. And the location was just right, with easy access to the lifts and a reasonable distance from the town center.

The room lacked some furnishings that would have made it even more comfortable. But overall, this didn't detract from our wonderful experience at this hotel.
